2023 May Meg Tooth Raffle

Introducing a Totally JAWESOME opportunity to support the Aurora Fossil Museum!

Purchase a chance to be the lucky winner of this 5-3/4 inch (measured root-to-tip) C. megalodon tooth discovered on "Meg Ledge" off the coast of Southeastern North Carolina.

This tooth has no restoration and was selected by our Fintastic AFM Team to raise money for the Aurora Fossil Museum.

As a small nonprofit museum located in a rural area of Eastern North Carolina, we appreciate all the help that we can (and do) receive!

Tickets are $20 each or buy 5 tickets for $100 and get a free ticket (meaning 6 tickets for $100)!

The drawing will occur on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 5 pm EST on the Main Stage during the 2023 North Carolina Fossil Festival (we'll also have it on Facebook Live). The winner will be contacted immediately following the drawing and arrangements for delivery of the tooth will be made.

All proceeds from this raffle tooth fundraiser will go to support the operation of the museum, employ our amazing staff, and continue our mission to educate.
